Well that’s the last time I go braggin’ about our weather. Currently sitting here on the backside of a handful of 60-degree days, basking in the joy that only a day with zero sunshine and a crap ton of freezing rain can bring. UGH. Why, Universe, whyyyyyyeee? I’ve got 27 new pairs of capri pants and now nowhere to wear them, which might be the lamest thing I’ve EVER freaking written. Seriously, if y’all need me, I’ll just be over here covered in an extraordinary amount of crocheted afghans, looking like the most miserable human of all time ever, but with a skosh of sexy as that just happens whether I want it to or not. I mean, CROCHETED AFGHANS. Now what is your question?
But back to the point. This weather is stupid, so if spring – the REAL, ACTUAL spring, not this fake spring that likes to dangle a bag of Cheetos in my face just to snatch it all away without any warning whatsoever – would like to hurry the hell on up now, that’d be GREAAAAAT.

This is the 1929 Collection, a set of six elegant and chic shimmering shades inspired by the romanticism and fantasy of the Roaring 20s. Victoria posted some mood boards in the BLUSH Beauties group on Facebook a couple weeks ago, and she thought she’d sneak in a little Leonardo DiCaprio-as-the-Great-Gatsby without me noticing, but HELLLOOOOO, it’s ME you guys. When it comes to Leonardo, Olympic-style radar skillz don’t even BEGIN to describe this scenario.

Formula on all six is consistently good. Smooth, applies nice and neat, levels out like a freaking DREAM. And the brush – that dadgum BRUSH! It’s the best in the biz and makes polishing easy and effortless and a damn nerdy pleasure. If you’ve never owned a BLUSH polish, ooooooh get down this rabbit hole, STAT!
