Is this thing glowing?  I swear it’s glowing.  The blue specks peeking through are the most magical of all things magical.  Almost as if Brandie is some kinda expert or something.  And the formula here is so incredibly smooth – probably my most favorite of all my Nail Hoots.  The easiest application of life!  And for that fact alone, we lub it lots.  But it’s also really really pretty, so that helps too.
